You will receive a Buyback Scheme Contract, a receipt and an Investment Certificate.

What is the size of each plot?

Each plot measures 464 square metres (464 sqm).

What documents will I receive after making a payment?

You will receive a Letter of Acknowledgment confirming payments made so far, a payment receipt and a Contract of Sale.

When will I receive my Deed of Assignment and Survey Plan?

Your Deed of Assignment and Survey Plan will be prepared and handed over during physical allocation once payment for the title documents has been completed.

Is the road leading to the estate motorable?

Yes, the road leading to the estate is motorable.

What is the infrastructure fee?

The infrastructure fee covers the provision of infrastructure within the estate.

What infrastructure does the estate provide?

The infrastructure includes a gatehouse, perimeter fencing and plot fencing.

When will my plot be allocated?

After full payment, your name will be added to the list of subscribers scheduled for the next allocation. You will receive advance notice of the allocation date.

Can I resell my plot before completing payment?

Yes. However, you must first obtain approval from Dependable Corporate Integrated Investment & Property Ltd. and provide the company with the buyer’s details.

Either the seller or the buyer must pay a change-of-ownership fee of ₦1,000,000 (One Million Naira). This fee excludes the title-document fees payable by the new buyer.

Can I request a refund?

Yes. Refunds are subject to the vendor’s availability of funds after a minimum of three months from the date of the refund request, or the availability of a replacement buyer.

All refunds are subject to a 30% administrative deduction.
